Multi-Homing Internet Access
The ideal system would be to have TWO broadband internet
access providers, with automatic fail-over from one to another. By having both Cable and DSL access to the
internet you have a redundant system. If
both systems are working, they can send files over both systems simultaneously,
thus effectively doubling your internet connection speed. Since we’re convinced
that we are going to become more and more dependent on the internet for
applications, phone service, and controlling the world, there will be an
increasing need for these DUAL WAN (Wide Area Network) devices. Since these devices are not common at
